Job description*:

Incident Management

Problem Management / RCA

Only Prod Environment is in Scope

Application Monitoring of all components in Production

Coordination between the team to resolve the issues

Debugging of issue

Minor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificates

Vulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.

Infra Provisioning - Using DevOps Pipeline (basic Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.
