Title: Visual Merchandiser

Location: Columbus, OH - hyrid schedule

Pay Range: $30 - $34.29 per hour

Contract: 3-Month Contract (highly likely for extension)

Russell Tobin is looking to hire a Visual Merchandiser who will be responsible for creating and contributing to visual strategies that will evolve the retail experience, support Brand Equity and ensure customer-centric storytelling that translates across our stores. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Marketing, Merchants and Visual Communications) to ensure optimal profitability and in-store experience. Responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand transformative tests from initial concept to in-store delivery.

Responsibilities

Support creation of brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to transform the business, attract new consumers and engage with current consumers.

Implements creative concepts for brand transforming special projects.

Prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones.

Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and transform the Brand.

Collaborates with merchants to bring product assortments to life and ensure cross-functional alignment

Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning to create new and innovative thinking.

80% of job responsibility will require setting physical merchandising in-store at the home office. It will also include working in design programming and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in visual merchandising. Additional experience is preferred as well as in-store visual experience.

Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly-approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities.

Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be a self-starter that can work both independently and in a collaborative environment producing accurate work.

Understanding of implementing product positioning strategies.

Ability to lift 30+ lbs and climb a ladder

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience using IWD merchandising software or equivalent a plus.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Art; or a combination of equivalent education and experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States
