Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a healthcare setting in Longview, Washington 98632

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $1400.00 - $1404.00 Per week

Key Requirements

Implement therapeutic interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care.

Provide skilled physical therapy services and direct patient care to restore mobility and function.

Document patient progress, treatments, and response to therapy accurately using the Net Health charting system.

Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and professional ethics standards set by the facility and state board.

Key Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current and active Washington Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Valid BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.

Ability to work a 13-week contract with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.

Strong clinical competency and the ability to practice within the scope of the State Physical Therapy Practice Act.
