Technician – Build Quality That Moves the World

Location: Grantsburg, WI (Fully

Onsite)

Available

Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hr

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hr

Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hr

quick release couplings used in motion and control applications around the

What You’ll Do

Assemble Components — Build quick release couplings with accuracy and consistency

Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery

Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards

Package completed assemblies for shipment

Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures

Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles

Participate in A3 and 3 Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities

Achieve 90%+ daily attainment

Contribute to a positive, safety focused team environment

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in production, assembly, general labor, or packaging

Ability to operate machines and perform inspections

Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Comfortable in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Dependable, motivated, and team oriented

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsburg, WI.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
