- Some day shift

- COTA needed 6-8 hours a day

- M-F 90% Productivity

- 4 hours unbillable orientation

- Pay Rate:

- $35.78/hr

- Pay breakdown (taxable / non-taxable) can be discussed

- Must have BLS

- Must have clean background
