Akkodis is seeking an AI / Generative AI Agent Engineer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will build and deploy AI-powered agent solutions by designing orchestration frameworks and integrating LLM-based APIs to automate intelligent workflows.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI / Generative AI Agent Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents using LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks to automate complex workflows.
Integrate AI/GenAI solutions with APIs and backend systems to enable intelligent decision-making and process automation.
Develop and maintain scalable agent architectures using Python and agent-based frameworks.
Optimize performance of AI agents through prompt engineering, testing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI agent performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
6-8 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with focus on Generative AI and agent development.
Strong expertise in Python, LLM platforms, and building AI agents using orchestration frameworks.
Proven experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, backend systems, and deploying scalable intelligent automation workflows.
Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
