RN – Nurse Lead Contract (Part-Time Evenings)

Location: New York 14456

Pay: $736 – $840/weekSchedule:

Part-Time Evenings (2x8 or 3x8-hour shifts)

Every other weekend (EOW) required

Holidays required

Must be available for full-shift orientation (Tuesday/Thursday)Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing staff in a long-term care setting

Deliver and coordinate patient-centered care for geriatric residents

Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident conditions

Supervise CNA staff and ensure care is delivered per care plans and policies

Support development and updates of individualized care plans

Ensure a safe, clean environment and compliance with care standards

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, residents, and familiesRequirements:

Active NYS RN License (Required)

BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

Minimum 1 year of RN experience in LTC or similar setting

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred)

Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
