Level 2 CT Technologist (Contract)

Location: New York 14642

Pay: $2,716 – $3,040/weekSchedule

3/12-hour shifts: Friday–Saturday, 7:00pm–7:30am EST

Holidays, on-call (2–3 shifts/month), callback per unit needsPosition Summary & Responsibilities

Perform CT scans for diagnostic purposes, coordinating with physicians

Confirm patient identity, prepare patients, explain procedures, and insert IVs when required

Position patients safely, including lifting or moving patients with limited mobility

Document exams accurately in EPIC and ensure images are sent to PACS

Maintain safe, clean, and organized scanning environmentRequirements

RN/CT Tech License (NY ONLY): Required

BLS (AHA): Required

2 years CT experience, Level 1 Trauma Center experience required

Injection therapy certification or willingness to complete during orientation

Knowledge of Philips and Siemens scanners preferred

Effective communication, compassionate, and team-orientedPreferred/Highly Desired

Siemens/Philips scanner experience

EPIC system experience
