Nursing Assistant – Contract

Location: NY 14456

Pay: $736 – $840

Hours: Full Time, 3x12 hr shifts (7:00p–7:30a), every other weekend & holidays

Float: May be required to float to SSMHPosition Summary & Responsibilities

Provide patient care and assist with ADLs per plan of care

Take vitals, assist with meals, feeding, and documentation

Ensure patient safety and comfort (turning, positioning, skin care, call lights)

Support rehab needs (ROM, transfers, ambulation)

Report changes to nursing staff and assist in shift handoffsRequirements

BLS (AHA)

1–2 years healthcare/patient care experience

High School Diploma or GED; Health/Human Services education preferred
