What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to and completing service requests promptly and professionally

Performing unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents

Troubleshooting and repairing issues in areas like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances

Maintaining the overall condition and safety of the property

Supporting the team to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming community

• What We're Looking For:

Previous apartment maintenance experience required

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

A positive attitude and team-player mindset

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
