Job Description

CNA – Per Diem (Contract to Perm, 13 Weeks)

Location: NY 13165

Pay: $736 – $840/week

Schedule: 1 x 7.5-hour shift; minimum 24 hours (3 shifts) per 4-week period, with at least 2 weekend shifts

Orientation: Must be available for full-day orientation on Tuesday or ThursdayPosition Summary & Responsibilities

Provide resident care under RN/LPN supervision, including ADLs, mobility, and restorative exercises

Maintain resident safety and a clean environment; respond to call lights and monitor equipment

Assist with meals and nutrition; honor resident preferences

Document care and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurse

Follow infection control and safety protocolsRequirements

High School Diploma or GED

NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)

BLS (AHA or RQI) certification

Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care

Ability to meet per diem scheduling requirements including weekends
