Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations across active electrical construction projects
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and compliant with safety standards
Supervise installation of electrical systems, equipment, and components
Manage temporary power systems, grounding systems, and cable installations
Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve field issues efficiently
Conduct inspections and quality control reviews
Maintain daily safety and operational documentation
Oversee jobsite material management including inventory, storage, and distribution
Mentor field personnel and support workforce development
Maintain compliance with NEC and applicable local electrical codes
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
8+ years of electrical construction experience with supervisory responsibility
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting
Ability to lead crews and manage multiple field priorities
Experience with residential and/or commercial electrical construction
OSHA training and Journeyman licensing preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions
Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working on-site daily
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
