Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support and coordinate enterprise-level Office 365 migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile teams and driving collaboration across infrastructure, security, and migration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Coordinate with technical teams working on Office 365 migration, Intune, endpoint security, and IAM initiatives.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of migration activities.

Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams.

Support reporting, status updates, and project governance activities. Required Skills:

5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master

1 to 2 years lead the infrastructure or Office 365 migration projects.

Exposure to Intune, endpoint security, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
