Level 1 Physician – Primary Care (Contract)

Location: OK, 74346

Contract Duration: 17 weeks (July 6, 2026 – November 1, 2026)

Pay Rate: $4,681 – $5,235 per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Summary & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups

Manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient setting

Diagnose, treat, and coordinate ongoing patient care

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of careRequirements

Board-certified (preferred) or board-eligible Physician

Minimum 1 year Primary Care experience required

Active OK medical license required

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must be comfortable treating patients across lifespan
