The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Fiscal Operations Coordinator who will\:
Monitor and review work activities completed by other Fiscal Operations staff
Work with Fiscal Operations Manager to identify training needs and create training plans for staff
Analyze subsidy ledgers of accounts prepared by staff and release ACH wires as appropriate
Monitor aging reports for accounts receivable and ensure prompt collection and deposit of fees due to OHFA
Create detailed reporting schedules
Research and resolve complex and sensitive Fiscal Operations issues

Employees in this position are required to come into OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

OHFA’s Office of Finance provides fiscal management, budgeting & accounting for OHFA & its programs. The office manages mortgage revenue bonds, administers & services the Agency’s assets including its housing development loans. The office also coordinates the annual federal & financial audits of all Agency funds, as well as prepares monthly financial reports & quarterly budget reports.

Three years work experience in Accounting or similar field;
AND Degree in Accounting or Economics
