A rapidly growing regional environmental services company is expanding into the Commerce, GA area and is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to help support daily operations and contribute to continued growth.

As the central hub of the office, you’ll play a key role in payroll, billing, accounts payable, customer service, vendor coordination, and overall office operations.
What You’ll Do
Payroll & HR Administration
Process accurate bi-weekly payroll, including timecard tracking and verification
Maintain confidential employee files and personnel records
Assist with onboarding new employees, including payroll and benefits setup
Customer Billing & Service
Generate, send, and track customer invoices to ensure timely payment
Handle customer billing questions and resolve discrepancies professionally
Provide excellent customer service support via phone and email
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals and coding
Maintain vendor records and relationships
Coordinate weekly AP check runs and ACH payments
Cash Management & Financial Support
Receive and accurately record incoming payments (checks, ACH, cash)
Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts
Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
Office Operations
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and facilities
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Help implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
2+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, payroll, or related fields
Strong understanding of payroll, AP/AR, and cash management processes
Preferred Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Technical Skills
Experience with accounting software such as MS Dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Insperity preferred
Key Qualities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to manage confidential employee and financial information
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
English proficiency required
