Manager Data Analytics- Day Shifts (Temple Health- Temple

Work Location: Philadelphia, PA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the Health System in a University (Temple Faculty Practice Plan, Inc. d/b/a Temple Faculty Physicians - Philadelphia, PA): support and maintain processes of report automation and data integration for Temple Physician Groups including, but not limited to, TFP, MGI, TPI, CHC, and Population Health; identify, monitor, and evaluate and advise on the best practices for data integration, data modeling and report automation; conduct full data lifecycle analysis; engage Groups in requirements gathering, perform analysis and collection of data, subsequently develop and implement solutions; maintain continuous monitoring of performance and quality controls to identify improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.

2. 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in data analytics. The required experience must include MSSQL, T-SQL at a production level, database management system Oracle or SQL Server, analytical and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS).
