Gray-Sun Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service partner, seeking reliable, motivated, and customer obsessed Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. We will be based out of a brand NEW Amazon building in Plainfield, CT.Job Description

Shifts are approximately 10 hours per day. You can expect to work 3-4 days per week (must include 1 weekend day); shifts are available 7 days per week.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle heavy lifting (50lbs) and moving tasks. The Delivery Driver will operate cargo vans (no CDL required)Qualifications

21+ years or older

Eligible to work in the U.S

Must have a Valid driver's License

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Lift packages up to 50LBS.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for deliveries at all times.

Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are secured and protected during transit.

Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws.

Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery locations, including any customer inquiries or concerns.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met.

Must be comfortable driving in working in varying weather conditions.

Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role is preferred.

Familiarity with route driving and local area navigation is essential.

Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including knowledge of loading/unloading procedures.

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is desirable.
