Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with strong hydraulic troubleshooting experience who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, motor controls and mechanical systems

Execute PMs and support breakdown response as needed

Work closely with senior technicians during onboarding and training

Respond to maintenance calls throughout the facility using mobile tool carts/golf carts

Support production uptime through effective troubleshooting and teamwork

Environment is hot but relatively clean for manufacturing

No dedicated PM crew — all maintenance personnel assist with both PMs and emergency breakdowns

Qualifications

Strong mechanical maintenance experience required

Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience is a must

Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs)

Must provide your own tools

Ability to work overtime consistently

Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment

Strong commitment to safety and attendance
