"Nurse Practitioner to function as our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We have 3 family practice sites that include medical, dental and behavioral health services and serve individuals and families of all ages. We also have two School-Based Health Centers. No one seeking care at any of our sites will ever be denied access to services due to inability to pay. We offer a discounted/sliding fee scale based on family size and income. You may apply for a discount at the front desk when you arrive at any of our sites. We also offer translation services, outreach and enrollment services and health education. We are governed by a Board of Directors where more than 50% of the Board are also patients. We are a member of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and the National Association of Community Health Centers. Job Description: The Advance Practice Registered Nurse (Psych NP) will work closely with our Leadership Team and Behavioral Health Department to create and maintain a comprehensive, sustainable and integrated Primary Care/Behavioral Health program at all of our sites. This position is responsible for providing psychopharmacology for mostly adult patients at all our sites (pediatric experience would be helpful). The APRN will provide consultation and training to staff medical providers in addition to direct patient care. Interest/experience in Addiction Medicine. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team and providers in a primary care setting. Strong commitment to providing treatment that is compassionate and competent. Ability to provide culturally competent services for patients depending on their individual needs and preferences.
