On behalf of our client Personnel 2000 are recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to take on an exciting contract role.
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, application screening, and candidate shortlisting
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers
Coordinate the onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Maintain data accuracy within the HRIS and recruitment systems; assist with basic system tasks and updates
Support preparation of recruitment reports and tracking of key metrics
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working experience within an HR environment, or a combination of education and experience
Experience working with automation and workflow technology
A sound understanding of HR best practice and Cayman Islands employment law
Previous experience screening CVs, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, both in person and virtually, ideally across a variety of industries and professional levels
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable Cayman Islands employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and experience with talent acquisition, HR, or client relationship management software
