Job Description

365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes across the Midwest and East. Compensation and pay-related details

Competitive weekly pay $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers

Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account

Performance bonus paid every 30 days

Primary responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Midwest and East

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs

Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements

Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules

Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers

Minimum qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License

Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school

Acceptable motor vehicle record

Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and to pass required pre-employment screenings

Additional information

No prior over-the-road experience is required for entry-level candidates; training is provided.

Regional assignments prioritize weekly home time; exact schedule varies by account.
