Job Description

We're hiring skilled Welders for 1st shift, direct hire positions with established manufacturing companies in Central Ohio. You'll be joining metal components using various welding techniques, reading and interpreting blueprints, and maintaining welding equipment. This role suits an experienced welder who takes pride in clean work, holds themselves to a safety and quality standard, and wants a steady seat with a reputable team.

What we're looking for:

- Welding certification

- Experience with multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick, flux core as applicable)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

- Safety-minded approach to equipment and work area

- Good Communication

- Reliable transportation

- Reliable attendance

- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
