Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new customers, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals.
Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or territories.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Identify and pursue partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals to offer tailored solutions.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales pipelines
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
3 To 5 years of experience in Business development.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Industry-specific knowledge or experience (Telcom, Infrastructure, fiber, solar, energy solutions, renewable energy) is a must.
Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
