Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can collect, organize, analyze, and present company data in a structured and meaningful way. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data management, reporting, formatting, and analysis with strong expertise in Excel and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
Organize and maintain databases with high accuracy
Identify trends and generate actionable insights
Perform data validation and quality checks
Present company data in a professional and easy-to-understand format
Work with teams to support business reporting requirements
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets / SQL is preferred
Strong formatting and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
