This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Client Relations & Growth professional. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, the role is focused on identifying growth opportunities, managing client communications, providing support, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance overall customer experience and expand the company’s client base.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with clients effectively
Expertise in customer satisfaction and customer support to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
Experience in client relations and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on achieving results
Prior experience in a client-facing or account management role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
