Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Secretary to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role combines administrative excellence with hands-on HR experience, making it central to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documentation, and supporting HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
Handle clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and documentation
Assist in company secretarial work and preparation of business documents
Provide executive-level administrative support, including travel arrangements
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
2+ years of administrative experience
1+ years of HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, employee management)
1+ years of Accounting/Auditing experience
1+ years of IT Services/Consulting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
