We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases while supporting daily administrative operations in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update information into company databases and systems with accuracy
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections when necessary
Maintain organized digital records and files
Process invoices, customer information, inventory records, and shipping documentation
Generate reports and assist with administrative support tasks
Communicate with internal departments regarding data updates and corrections
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience with CRM or inventory management software
