Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identification & development of market in West & South of India

• Exploring enquiries

• Awareness to market conditions

• Ensuring proper execution of business

• Understanding customer business requirement and providing solutions

• Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems

• Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.

• Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.

• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.

• Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys

• Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.

• Ensure carrier compliance for product transit or delivery.

• Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Rich experience in Logistics/ Freight forwarding industry of min. 5 years is must.

• Must have pleasant personality.

• Preferably MBA, minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in business.

• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.

• Should be comfortable with extensive travelling

• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

• Having skill to negotiate and drafting quotation with clear understanding on contractual documents.
