Chief Financial Officer

Join Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba as Chief Financial Officer, leading financial strategy and team management in a full-time, in-office position starting July 27, 2026.

Your responsibility will encompass overseeing all financial operations and ensuring effective policy implementation to uphold the agency's mission.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage financial integrity while striving for excellence in service delivery across a budget of over $15 million.

This position requires a solid understanding of financial management in a non-profit context and emphasizes the ability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure effective financial reporting and system integrity • Lead long-term financial planning with the Board • Oversee a team including accounting and facilities staff • Participate in senior leadership and Health and Safety discussions • Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations Requirements: • CPA designation, including registration with CPA Manitoba • Minimum three years of relevant financial management experience • Strong competency with financial software and tools • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills • Valid Manitoba driver’s license and ability to travel Contribute your financial leadership to foster community-focused services at Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba.
