Pay: $28–$32/hour
Yearly Salary Estimate: $58,000–$66,500/year + performance bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities
Lead Complex Residential Projects
Handle advanced remodels, repairs, and installations across multiple trades
Perform work involving carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs
Lead bathroom remodels, deck refacing, and large-scale repair projects
Diagnose & Plan Projects
Assess customer needs and determine effective repair/remodel solutions
Develop project plans, estimates, and timelines
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
Manage Job Sites
Independently manage projects from start to finish
Maintain safe, organized, and productive work environments
Coordinate workflow and provide leadership on-site
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects
Communicate professionally and clearly
Ensure every customer receives a high-quality experience
Mentor & Support Team Members
Coach and assist other craftsmen when needed
Promote best practices and quality workmanship
Help maintain a positive and collaborative culture
Maintain Tools & Organization
Use and maintain professional-grade tools responsibly
Track materials, project progress, and daily work updates accurately
RequirementsMust Have
High school diploma or GED
10+ years of hands-on multi-trade experience
Strong experience in:
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Tile/Flooring
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Own professional-grade hand and power tools
Strong math and measuring skills
Comfortable using tablets/smartphones for:
Timekeeping
Dispatching
Estimating
Purchasing
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable working at heights up to 32 feet or higher
Nice to Have
Estimating experience
Remodel leadership experience
Experience mentoring apprentices or junior craftsmen
