Position Type: Full-Time, Dedicated Contractor with Healthcare Stipend

Salary: $1000-$1600 USD Monthly Dependent on Experience

About the Role:

This position is placed through Distributed, a premium managed talent agency specializing in full-time, high-level technical placements for elite US enterprises. You will be assigned exclusively as a dedicated, long-term operational partner, a premier commercial door, gate, and dock equipment contractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley.

You will act as the live daytime operational engine alongside their US Business Manager, driving field service momentum and navigating complex B2B client portals.

Technical & Workspace Requirement:

-You must possess your own high-performance, modern laptop or desktop computer equipped with a high-speed internet connection capable of seamless multi-screen project management and crystal-clear HD video collaboration.

-Distributed will provide you with a secure, cloud-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment to run all client operations safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do (Key Operational Drivers):

Real-Time Commercial Portal Management: Active, live management of workflows inside high-stakes B2B client service portals (ServiceChannel, Fexa, Corrigo). Maintain flawless communication and hit strict contract SLAs during California business hours.

Live Field Dispatching & Scheduling: Dynamically orchestrate the schedules of field technicians across the Bay Area and Central Valley. Re-route crews instantly for emergency repair requests and part hot-shots.

Technical Estimation & Blueprint Support: Review structural plans, vendor submittals, and architectural "door schedules" to assist the team in pulling accurate measurements, hardware specs (closers, frames, panic hardware), and technical parts lists.

Day-and-Night Operations Handoff: Package daily field photos, client sign-offs, and service diagnostics, seamlessly handing off structured data models to the overnight administrative team for invoicing.
