Maintenance Person

Full time maintenance person for large apartment complex.

Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC. Position is very busy and physically demanding, must be able to lift 50+ pounds or any other duties as assigned.

Candidate must also possess great people skills.

Previous apartment maintenance experience a plus.

On Call rotating schedule. Must be able to work in the US High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license. CORI check required.
