Gut a bathroom / kitchen

Install Breakdown tub or shower surrounds

Install Onyx / solid surface shower surrounds

Vanities - Vanity Tops

Kitchen Cabinets

LVT flooring

Vanity Light

Baseboard Trim / Casing

If able to do minor drywall & painting a plus

If able to do minor electrical is a plus
