What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you'll take full ownership of your community, driving performance while creating an exceptional resident experience:
Lead daily operations of a multifamily community
Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident retention strategies
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
Supervise and motivate onsite team members (leasing & maintenance)
Ensure property compliance with company standards and local regulations
Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with budgeting, NOI, and operational performance
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
AppFolio or other property management software experience is a plus
