Architectural Document Reviewer

This person will support a state agency that designs and builds affordable housing for the surrounding Columbus region.

* You will work with the in-house architect to review architectural plans; assists with construction-related items from the architectural plans &/or site visits * Works with the Project Administration team to determine projects that will be visited and the types of visits; reviews project details; enters grantee data into computer, tracks status * Provides assist in providing technical assistance to members of the project team.

Qualifications: * +1 year of experience within the architecture industry is a plus * Associates or Bachelors degree in architecture is a plus * Understanding of how a building is constructed and designed Recruiter: Eisen Hardy - '' Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
