Job Title: Administrative Services Associate
Job Description
As an Administrative Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business operations for the State of Ohio Office of Properties & Facilities. Your responsibilities will include high-level data reporting and managing the essential day-to-day logistics of facility management. This is a temporary position with a duration of 8 months and the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Maintain databases for elevator licenses, x-ray machine fees, and underground storage tanks to ensure compliance.
Manage the full lifecycle of procurement for goods and services, ensuring accurate financial records.
Act as the primary contact for the OPF by managing the central inbox and providing timely responses to stakeholders.
Coordinate customer feedback and manage communications.
Schedule conference rooms and manage mobile phone directories for the team.
Translate raw data into clear reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for management review.Essential Skills
Proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Suite.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education.Work Environment
This position is in-person, based in Columbus, Ohio, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves engaging with various stakeholders and supporting the team in a dynamic office setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
