Handle tiles that typically weigh around 2 pounds each, with occasional heavier tiles that may require team lifting.
Lift up to 50 pounds independently, using proper lifting techniques and safety practices.
Participate in team lifts for any items or loads exceeding 50 pounds.
Use hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, finishing, and handling materials as required.
Operate or assist with production line and machine operations as needed to maintain workflow.
Support general production activities, including assembly, finishing, and material handling tasks.
Follow established safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient production environment.
Assist with packing and palletizing orders, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of machine operation or production line experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience or exposure to forklift operations in a production or warehouse setting.
Comfort working in a manufacturing environment that may involve fiberglass materials.
Willingness to wear PPE such as gloves, earplugs, safety glasses, and protective clothing for arms and neck.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team for tasks such as team lifts.
Openness to learning additional production tasks and cross-training in other areas.
Interest in long-term growth and advancement within production roles.
Why Work Here?
You join a clean, well-organized production facility that invests in your safety and growth, offers structured shift schedules, and provides clear opportunities for advancement. As you move into a direct role, you can benefit from pay increases across shifts and a culture that rewards safe performance, including company-provided meals for accident-free periods. You have access to on-site amenities such as a break room, showers, lockers, and a computer room, supporting both comfort and convenience during your workday. The organization values internal development, offering room for advancement within production areas and recognizing reliable, safety-focused team members.
Work Environment
The facility is a very clean production environment that is not climate controlled, so temperatures can be warm, especially in the summer. You will work with fiberglass materials, which may cause sensitivity for some individuals; to address this, the company provides PPE to cover arms and neck, along with gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required, but this is described as extremely rare, with most items—particularly early on—being very light. The dress code emphasizes safety-oriented attire suitable for a manufacturing floor, including use of all required PPE. The production operation runs on structured shifts, with 3rd shift typically scheduled from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Other shifts include 1st shift (approximately 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., extending to 3:00 p.m. with overtime) and 2nd shift (approximately 2:50 p.m. to 12:50 a.m., with Friday used for overtime), providing a clear and predictable shift-based work environment.Job Type & Location
