About the Role
We’re expanding our 5G and Fiber Optic division and looking for driven individuals who want to grow in a fast moving, high tech sales environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet customers face to face, educate them on next generation wireless and fiber solutions, and help them upgrade to faster, more reliable service.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in person consultations with customers at their home or business
Present 5G wireless and fiber optic service options
Assist with customer retention and account upgrades
Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Participate in leadership and management training programs
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to work independently in the field
Interest in technology, wireless, or fiber networks
Professional, reliable, and coachable
