Industrial Spray Painter

Job Description

Job Location: In-Person, $20/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Our client is a well-established organization providing industrial workforce solutions for skilled professionals. They're looking for a Spray Paint Operator who knows their way around a spray gun and takes pride in a clean, consistent finish.

Your day-to-day as a Spray Paint Operator:

Running liquid spray painting jobs independently from prep to final coat

Prepping surfaces and equipment to spec before each project

Performing quality checks to make sure every finished piece meets standards

Keeping your work area clean and organized throughout the shift

Your skills and experience:

Hands-on spray painting experience in an automotive shop

Automotive body shop background is a strong plus

Ability to own the full painting process without supervision

Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time

Willingness to complete a sample spray test as part of the interview process
