Agentic Automation Developer

What's your role?

As an Agentic Automation Developer, you will:

Approach business requirements and problems with AI-first curiosity, ensuring identification of automation opportunities where AI can deliver tangible benefits

Design and model end-to-end agentic automation workflows in collaboration with business and technical experts, ensuring we use right tools for the right tasks

Contribute to design and development of agentic business orchestration layer, ensuring controlled and effective scaling of our end-to-end agentic automation solutions

Build, document, and maintain process automations that create measurable business impact

Contribute to agentic AI governance and security framework development

Contribute to future agentic automation platform design and development

Enable and support citizen developers in building agentic automations

What will you bring?

Requirements for the position:

Hands-on experience building process automations with UiPath or similar process automation tools, including both traditional RPA and agentic workflows

Experience in designing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, orchestrating them effectively, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to leverage LLMs for agentic automation

Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)

Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems

Experience with DevOps practices and managing the automation lifecycle
