To excel as a Bartender at Gimme's Par & Grill, you must possess a diverse set of skills to elevate the overall guest experience. Your expertise should extend to beer, wine, and liquor, enabling you to cater to patrons' preferences with finesse. A knack for maintaining an inviting bar setup and interacting with customers with a friendly demeanor is essential.

From inputting orders accurately in the POS system to crafting personalized drinks, attention to detail is key. Keeping the bar well-stocked, inventing enticing specials, and ensuring a clean environment are also crucial responsibilities. Your ability to uphold legal regulations, balance receipts, and prioritize customer satisfaction will make you a valued member of our team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments at Gimme's Par & Grill.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Provide above-and-beyond service to patrons with a friendly face.

• Expertise in beer

wine

and liquor.

• Maintain an appealing and patron-ready bar area.

• Determine patrons' beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations.

• Take drink and food orders from patrons seated at the bar or from servers.

• Input orders in the POS system.

• Prepare patron's drinks as ordered.

• Prepare and stock drink garnishes.

• Clean bar and arrange glasses for an attractive bar display.

• Open and maintain proper tabs for patrons throughout the shift.

• Clear or reset the bar after each patron leaves.

• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is clean and well-stocked.

• Create fresh and new ideas for specials

cocktails

and promos.

• Understand all key business functions

including simulator functionality.

• Verify identification to ensure patrons are the legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

• Record and balance receipts and prepare proper cash drawer deposits at the end of each shift.
