Highside Brewing is looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and has at least 2 years or more of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

Outstanding customer engagement. Ability to assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations

Operate POS System - Take food & beverage orders, manage open bar tabs, and closing out tabs

Basic cocktail knowledge & skills needed to create beverages

Possess knowledge on all varieties of beer made by Highside Brewing

Restock and replenish bar ingredients/supplies, maintaining bar area including cleanliness and side-work during shift

Positive attitude & welcoming demeanor towards all guests visiting Highside Brewing & CO BBQ

Up-sell togo beer, merchandise, etc. to all guests

Familiar with ID verification process, confirm guest is of the legal age of 21 years old

Comply with all food and beverage regulations & practices

Qualifications

Employment experience as a bartender, basic cocktail knowledge REQUIRED (2+ years of previous experience required)

Available to work 3 or more days per week

Must possess basic cocktail recipe knowledge

Ability to listen, communicate effectively, & work with a team

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Relevant training certificate(s)
