LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both operational and project-based financial activities.
Responsibilities
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with the month-end close process, including financial reporting
Support accounts payable functions, including check run processing
Assist with project-related financial processes and tracking
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Ensure timely completion of recurring financial reports
Assist with audit requests and internal inquiries Qualifications
At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with financial systems
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Pay Details: $24.00 to $31.00 per hour
