About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.

Resolve any issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.

Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

OSHA certification and other relevant licenses preferred.
