Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service
Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
Amenable to a shifting schedule, including rotational shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound assistance to customers, service providers, and partners.
Create and manage cases accurately through the system.
Gather and validate critical service details, including special vehicle requirements, to ensure the right provider is assigned the first time.
Resolve system alerts immediately and maintain detailed, actionable notes for every case.
Keep the Customer, Partner, and Provider updated in real-time via voice and digital channels.
Ensure the absolute privacy and security of all customer information.
