Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products
Explain the features and benefits of the Products offered by Company
Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
Keep accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of deals
Generating new leads through telecalling process
Maintaining reports and finding new ways to increase potential customers
Adaptability to make multi tasking And potential to work In team Work.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated individual.
Any Degree is a must.
