Job description*:

a. Responsible for end to end testing of business processes spanning ServiceNow and integrated systems (CRM, billing, orchestration, APIs, third party platforms).

b. Design and execute E2E test scenarios validating data flow, integrations, workflows, and user journeys across systems.

c. Ensure system reliability through functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.

d. Collaborate with cross system teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure seamless business outcomes.
