Job description*:

#Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Package applications using tools like:

o Microsoft SCCM (MECM)

o Microsoft Intune

o AdminStudio / InstallShield / Wise Package Studio

• Convert applications into standard formats:

o MSI, MSIX, App-V

• Perform application testing:

o Functional testing

o Compatibility testing (OS versions)

• Automate installations using scripting:

o PowerShell

o Batch scripting

• Troubleshoot application deployment issues

• Manage application lifecycle:

o Packaging

o Deployment

o Updates

o Patch management

• Handle silent installations using switches

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies

• Maintain packaging documentation (SOPs)

o Microsoft SCCM (MECM)

o Microsoft Intune

o AdminStudio / InstallShield / Wise Package Studio
