Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain organized filing systems, and prepare key documents such as correspondence and reports.

Act as the main contact for data protection matters in Algeria and liaise with the local data protection authority.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings while managing calendars, priorities, and business travel logistics.

Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.

Provide day-to-day support to employees and management, including onboarding coordination and first-level administrative assistance.

Monitor office expenses and budgets, manage suppliers, and review invoices and expense reports.

Oversee office maintenance, coordinate service providers, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Contribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and support cross-functional projects.

Collaborate with international teams, manage coordination across time zones, and ensure compliance with global policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

5–8+ years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations management.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management software or ERP systems is a plus.

Experience with procurement, vendor management, and basic financial processes (invoicing, budgeting, cost control).

Excellent communication skills in French, English and Arabic.

Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
